GIS Precise Managed Agency Service:

With the rapid growth of GIS Precise as a GIS, IT Technical and IT Sales Recruitment provider, GIS Precise launched their Managed Agency Service to existing clients in 2005, with it proving an immediate success.

GIS Precise has been appointed as managed agency for a number of clients to manage their recruitment needs to streamline the process, as well as to manage the expected workload generated by the process.
Our clients have previously experienced the following during their recruitment processes when using the traditional staffing agency model:

  • Duplicate CV’s
  • Substandard CV’s
  • Numerous CV’s for a single position
  • Relentless phone calls
  • Agencies fighting over candidates
  • Numerous calls to arrange interviews, feedback and appointments
  • Numerous Invoices from agencies
  • Aggressive recruitment consultants applying pressure to make decisions
  • The recruitment process involves a significant deal of time and on occasion stress, in addition to the manager’s normal day-to-day duties.

What does GIS Precise offer with the managed agency service?

Our managed agency service prevents all problems stated above and ensures a stress free recruitment process for our clients. As a starting point we appoint an Account Manager & Deputy Account Manager to liaise with relevant managers recruiting for their divisions.

We combine a number of traditional recruitment tools in order to generate a large pool of candidates. Part of our strategy is to align our clients with other key recruitment providers, and to introduce a first tier of preferred agency suppliers. All contact with the 1st tier of suppliers will be through GIS Precise.

Our account managers will distribute the positions amongst the relevant divisions and to recruitment consultancies on the 1st tier including a full briefing on the positions.

All CV’s will be sent to the Account Manager who will carry out a screening process to ensure candidates are suitable for the specific position. The screening process will also involve ascertaining why the candidate is on the market, verification of qualifications, current salary package details, expected salary, notice period and the recruitment consultant’s impressions across key skills/suitability for the role.

After CVs have been sent to the hiring line manager, the Account Manager at GIS Precise will remain as sole point of contact throughout the lifecycle, from gathering feedback through to arranging interviews through to presenting the candidate with the offer.

This service will allow managers to continue with their day-to-day duties whilst GIS Precise handles the workload generated by the recruitment process.
